Shipping and Esthetics Update

RomRod Supporters,
We are making a lot of progress. There have been many questions about the whereabouts of backers' RomRod devices. We are finally able to answer with real confidence and fully transparent.
Shipping:
Our first production order of 1,000 units encountered some logistical nightmares enroute to the U.S. and finally in our hands in Florida. For some reason, the shipment was broken up into two different groups. we requested and paid extra to have our production facility air fright our first 1,000 units to expedite and get these to you, our supporters as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, (Still trying to figure out how that happened) a decimal place was left out and we only received 100 units. This is why most have not yet received their RomRod. Then, there was a major log jam at customs further delaying the remaining units of our first 1,000 devices. We now have all these devices. Thats the good news.
Esthetics:
The quality of these units at first glance was impeccable. Then, through longer use and further testing we found two unforeseen issues.
1. RomRod Laser Engraved Logo: The RomRod logo was sometimes misaligning after the RomRod had been screwed and unscrewed multiple times. It wasn't happening after 5-10 uses, but was evident after it been ran through the gambit for 15-30 days. So, we had to find a solution. This took some time with our engineer because this was obviously post-production. After finding a viable solution, we then had to have these devices then fixed and tested again. Good News - the fix is permanent and a great solution that will be used in production moving forward!

2. Knurling: Our production facility did an amazing job with the newest version and its knurling. Its an aggressive yet soft knurling for the perfect grip while using. The problem, we and the factory didn't realize what this more aggressive knurling would do to the end of the center tube. The end of the center tube just looked unfinished, when the end tube was not extended. And, this seemed incomplete and didn't feel comfortable sending RomRod to our supporters like that. So, the solution... We have beveled the end of the center tube for a much more finished and smooth look. This also, delayed our delivery to our supporters. Please see the nice beveled end we now have on the RomRod!
So, with that we apologize for the delay but we promised a complete and beautiful device, not just functional and wanted to deliver on that promise.
We are in the process of nailing any last minute requests for shipping surveys and the shipment will start up again. Thank you so much for your patience. We promise it will be worth the wait and patience.
Accessory Update coming Monday. But, as a little teaser... The molds to make the Rubber End Caps are finished and we are waiting on samples. Also, We have received samples for our tactical carry bags. See images below. This will be a great addition to gyms, PT Facilities, and even for Strength and Conditioning Coaches to carry with them for their teams.
