RomRod Supporters,
Some comments came through this weekend leaking some AWESOME information while we have been hard at work fulfilling orders, and making sure that you receive tracking information.
We have discovered that once packages are packaged, labels printed, and marked "shipped" on BacketKit, it will send you an email letting you know that your package is in the process of delivery. The next step is to get these packages to the post office. This is where the same email (we believe.. still learning) will update to show your package in transit and give a better estimated update of delivery. As we continue to ship orders out we will let you all know if this process changes.
We are so happy for these to reach your door and hands soon! We cannot wait to watch our backers Respect the Warmup and live and move better.

RomRod Shipping Update

RomRod Backers,
Thank you all so much for your support and patience.
The Best News we can send on this beautiful Friday... Shipments and Deliveries have begun!
It took us much longer than expected to get to this point, but we are ecstatic to finally get RomRod in your hands.
A few items about shipments.
1) We are delivering First Come First Serve style from the order numbers on Kickstarter.
2) Tracking number will be given for domestic orders (Continental U.S.) and "hopefully" for international shipments also.
3) If you ordered a Blacked Out RomRod, your order will not be sent yet. Blacked Out RomRod's are very close to being produced, but haven't been completed yet. Please see a picture of the Blacked Out RomRod sample we received last week.
Other Great News: RomRod Rubber End Caps
We received our first set of finalized Rubber End Caps sample. These are currently in full production, also. Every backer will have a chance to order a discounted set of Rubber End Caps for their RomRod as soon as we have them shipped to us. Hope you like the picture below of our sample set.

Improvements Explained

Good afternoon RomRod Supporters,
As stated previously in updates, there were 2 adjustments that had to be made once the first production order of RomRods was delivered to us. Finding the solution to those issues was what kept holding us up with the BackerKit survey.
However, now that the way to improve the adjustments have been finalized, what is slowing us up right now is the time that it's taking to complete the tasks. Shane previously mentioned the issues at hand:
- adding a set screw to keep the center pieces and logo aligned
- finding a way to bevel out the edge around the end tubes that was hindering the functionality and aesthitcs
The thing is, our engineer designed RomRod to be the highest quality of what we want and will deliver to our customers. These issues were made during production, and once they were found, our only response was to fix it on our end so that we do deliver the highest quality of product we have designed, and that you deserve.
Please know that the devices are being worked on and will begin shipping and delivery as soon as we can. An update will be posted once this process is able to begin. Until then, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

RomRod Improvements

RomRod Supporters,
Good News on the RomRod Adjustments and Improvements. Things are moving along, just not as fast as we would like and I'm sure not as fast as y'all would like to see either. I (Shane) have to give a lot of credit and thanks to my beautiful wife (Haley), our friends, and family. With baseball season in full force, I haven't been home for two months. Haley, our Friends, and Family have been kicking butt and been so much help in making this business venture a reality.
Over the past week or so, Haley had to take every single RomRod out of a box, assemble, and put into bins to have the new set screws put through the Center Tubes. This is the design adjustment that will be part of the production at the manufacturing facility for all new future orders. But, for this production order it was done post-production.
See images below of the dozen or so plastic bins at a local machine shop that we have now added to our collection!
2nd Production Order:
The second Production Order is moving along nicely. We are suppose to receive the samples to approve the couple of design changes found in the first Production Order that we have been currently working on.
Ancillary Accesories:
RomRod accessory designs are still being fine tuned and we are excited to start playing with more prototypes very soon. Can't wait to share photos of those in the near future.
Surveys:
RomRod Backerkit surveys are still open. We thought it was best to not close these surveys in case people would be moving and wanted to update their address. Its best to go into your survey and make the adjustments yourself as we would hate for a mistake to be made on the address and you not receive your RomRod device.
The BackerKit Surveys will close on Sunday, June 13th. After this point no changes will be able to be made.
A reminder email was sent to all Backers to make their adjustments, today. If you do not receive this reminder and need to make an adjustment, please message us in the Kickstarter platform. We will do our best to make the adjustment on our end.
